For small trade businesses

Email that comes from your own business name

If your quotes go out from an email address that isn't on your own business name, such as Gmail, an ISP address, an old domain or a relative's, customers can't tell at a glance who they're dealing with. An address on your own domain says it for you. Email on your own domain comes with the Website Hosting Plan, at £350 a year, so you get a website, hosting and email together. We move your mail across and look after it from Luton.

  • A free revamp of your website (up to 5 pages) on our trade template, with the plan: £350 a year, 12-month minimum

What the difference looks like

These are made-up examples with invented business names, drawn to show the idea. They are not real customers.

The small print, up front

The plan, in plain terms

The Website Hosting Plan is £350 a year, paid annually, with a 12-month minimum. It comes with a free revamp of your website, within these limits:

  • Up to 5 pages on our trade template, reusing the text and photos from your current site or social pages (about 1,500 words and 20 photos). Extra pages are £45 each.
  • One round of changes, as one list of edits sent within 14 days of seeing the preview. A preview within 10 working days of receiving your content.
  • A 12-month minimum, paid upfront. After the first 12 months the site is yours: we hand over the files on request if you move away, and the domain is always yours.

Not included

  • An online shop or taking payments
  • Booking or appointment systems
  • Customer logins
  • More than one language, custom features or logo design

A site outside these limits gets a written quote. Ongoing changes after launch are covered by Care Plus at £45 a month, or quoted for one-off jobs.
